Lisa Poundstone (formerly Rosenberger), PhD, is the Founder and Owner of Design Smart Home Staging & Redesign, LLC. She is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) and was personally trained and mentored by Barb Schwarz, the creator of the home staging concept. She is also a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP®). Lisa brings her passion for organization and aesthetic beauty to all of her staging projects, whether it is for Staging to Sell or Staging to Live.
As an Accredited Staging Professional®, Lisa’s goal is to work with homeowners and real estate agents to sell the home as quickly as the market allows. This means that the house has to stand out from the competition by being move-in ready and appeal to the broadest base of buyers.
Design Smart Home Staging & Redesign additionally provides services, including Staging to Live and Color Consultations, to help homeowners refresh and reinvent their home interiors for continued enjoyment. We work with builders, contractors, and real estate investors to ensure they maximize their profits by making smart choices in color and finishes. We offer rental furnishings for the staging of vacant homes, ranging from economical vignette staging to a fully furnished lived in look.

themselves better than the competition by being clean, clutter-free, and ready
